- Your subconscious is this most important part. You are all born with the innate protocol of eating: you eat only when you’re hungry, and instantly stop when satisfied. All these habits that led you to overeating were acquired by others around you while you were still very new to this life. Let me give you some examples:
- You will get this piece of candy only when you finish doing your bed. Here, you associated the idea that candy is your reward for doing the bed.
You are on the table and your mom tells you that you have to eat all the food on your plate, because there are children in the world starving. Here, you acquired the idea that when food is available you should eat it all.
And the list goes on for binge eating, emotional eating, destructive eating, habitual eating, etc…
All the real work that should be done is to reset, change and shift all what is programmed in your subconscious mind.
